Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the FlexGrab application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlexGrab is a third-party automation tool designed to assist Amazon Flex delivery partners in monitoring and accepting delivery block offers. FlexGrab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
3. Subscription & Billing
FlexGrab Pro is available for £30 per calendar month. A 3-day free trial is offered to new users. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account screen.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FlexGrab only in compliance with all applicable laws and Amazon's own terms of service. You acknowledge that:
Using automation tools may violate Amazon Flex's Terms of Service and could result in account suspension or deactivation by Amazon.
FlexGrab accepts no liability for any action taken by Amazon against your account.
You use this Service entirely at your own risk.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service.
You must not share your account credentials with others.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular block will be successfully grabbed. Block availability and success rates depend on Amazon's platform, which is outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexGrab Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of earnings, loss of Amazon Flex account access, or any other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
FlexGrab Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates the FlexGrab application. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. Our contact email is privacy@flexgrab.app.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account data: your name, email address, and hashed password.
Billing data: payment method details processed and stored securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
Device data: push notification token, device type, and app version.
Technical data: IP address, request timestamps, and error logs for debugging.
3. How We Use Your Data
To provide and operate the FlexGrab service.
To process subscription payments via Stripe.
To send push notifications about block grabs and account activity.
To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymised usage data.
To respond to support enquiries.
To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)
Contract: processing your account and subscription data to deliver the Service.
Legitimate interests: security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Legal obligation: where required by applicable law.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers in the European Economic Area. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. We implement rate limiting, input validation, and access controls to protect your data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain anonymised usage statistics indefinitely and billing records for 7 years as required by UK tax law. Block history is deleted within 90 days of account closure.
8. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to:

Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Restrict or object to processing.
Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

The FlexGrab website uses only essential cookies for session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No consent banner is required for essential cookies under the UK PECR.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
